
Golden Nugget Online Gaming inks Missouri market access deal
Operator partners with omni-channel firm Affinity Interactive in Show-Me State launch

Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) has agreed a multiyear market access agreement covering the state of Missouri with omni-channel gaming firm Affinity Interactive (AI).
The agreement grants GNOG the right to to offer mobile sports betting and online casino wagering in partnership with AI, legislation and regulatory approvals permitting.
Under the terms of the deal, GNOG must pay AI a percentage of its net gaming revenue in the state, subject to certain minimum royalty payments over the term of the agreement.
It is understood the partnership and assets brought to the table by GNOG will be utilized in the Mark Twain Casino, in La Grange, as well as the St. Jo Frontier Casino, in St Joseph, Missouri.
GNOG president Thomas Winter highlighted the partnerships benefits, particularly in respect of the “highly anticipated” tabling of legislation greenlighting online gaming in the Show-Me State.
