Glitnor Group promotes from within for new COO
Ex-Betsson and Casumo head Cameron Brown joins C-suite after just after two years with the firm

Glitnor Group has promoted Cameron Brown to the role of chief operating officer (COO) as the group continues to reshuffle its C-suite.
Brown moves into the role after two years with the Malta-headquartered operator, having joined the firm in January 2021 as the group’s head of CRM.
Before his latest promotion to COO, he was appointed as the company’s head of customer operations in May 2022.
Prior to his time at Glitnor, Brown held a number of positions at igaming companies in the industry.
He started his igaming career at Paddy Power Betfair as a customer support agent in October 2014 before moving to LeoVegas to take up the position of CRM assistant in March 2015, climbing to manager in January 2016.
Brown then moved across to work as a CRM strategy manager for Betsson Group in October 2017 followed by a nearly three-year stint in the CRM department at Casumo between March 2018 and January 2021.
Brown’s promotion comes after Glitnor’s CEO, David Flynn, stepped down at the beginning of this year after three years in the role.
During this time, Flynn also served as CEO of Glitnor’s Swintt business and as an advisor and advisor to payment provider Pay4Fun.
Flynn will stay on at Glitnor as a board member but has handed the CEO reins temporarily to co-founder Jorgen Nordlund until a permanent replacement is found.
Elsewhere, Glitnor recently announced that its planned full-scale acquisition of affiliate business KaFe Rocks Group has been called off, with both firms mutually agreeing not to go forward with the deal.
