GiG inks compliance deal with PokerStars
The Stars Group brand will use GiG Comply software to monitor affiliate partners

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has signed a supply agreement with PokerStars to provide the operator with affiliate monitoring compliance software.
Under the remit of the partnership, GiG will afford PokerStars its Comply tech, which will be used by PokerStars’ affiliate operations across the globe.
GiG Comply will help ensure members of the Stars Affiliate Club programme meet advertising criteria across regulated markets.
The software scans and analyses web pages to ensure affiliates are working in a compliant manner. GiG Comply can also provide reports on the data it discovers in order to keep PokerStars up to date on the content that is being delivered to marketing partners.
Rebecca McAdam Willetts, associate director for group public relations at The Stars Group, said: “We work closely with our affiliates to ensure that the content delivered to their audiences is compliant and responsible, and meets the same high standards expected of the PokerStars brand.
“GiG Comply adds a new dimension to those relationships and controls, and we look forward to seeing the technology in action.”
Richard Brown, GiG CEO, added: “We are very pleased to have signed PokerStars to our portfolio for GiG Comply. Assisting them in compliance efforts ensures they remain at the forefront of responsible gaming.”
