
GeoComply pens first-ever M&A deal to acquire OneComply
Geolocation firm bolsters its compliance capabilities after snapping up licensing experts


GeoComply has acquired compliance specialist OneComply as it looks to bolster its offering across key regulated markets.
The undisclosed deal will see the geolocation firm snap up OneComply and add its licensing management platform to its system.
GeoComply said through the acquisition it would be able to offer a streamlined toolkit for its customers across igaming, fintech and other regulated industries.
OneComply is based in Vancouver and has a 14-strong team.
The firm currently boasts clients including Genius Sports, Strive Gaming and Underdog Fantasy.
Anna Sainsbury, GeoComply CEO, said the acquisition would allow the combined company to deliver “unparalleled capabilities” in the compliance space.
