
GeoComply adds former Meta director as CTO
Vadim Jelezniakov joins the compliance solutions provider to drive innovation and growth


GeoComply has appointed Vadim Jelezniakov as its new CTO following a 20-year career across the tech and media industries.
As CTO, Jelezniakov will be responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and overseeing the development of new products and services.
He joins GeoComply from Meta after over a year as the company’s director of engineering for core services.
Prior to his time at Meta, Jelezniakov spent four years at Google. He started at the technology firm in December 2017 as senior manager of software engineering for the Google Cloud and was later made director of engineering for the Google Cloud in April 2021. He left to join Meta in January 2022.
Before Google, Jelezniakov was with Amazon Web Services for over half a decade as a senior software engineer manager, and prior to that held several roles at The New York Times, culminating in the position of executive director of digital infrastructure and engineering.
He also held various positions at other technology companies over his extensive career within the industry.
