Genius Sports Group inks Scientific Games official data deal
Data giant’s LiveData and LiveTrading services will be integrated into Las Vegas-based supplier’s OpenSports solution
Genius Sports Group has secured a landmark supply agreement with Scientific Games to provide the supplier with data and trading services for its sportsbook platform.
Under the remit of the partnership, Scientific Games’ OpenSports platform will be bolstered by the addition of Genius Sports’ LiveData and LiveTrading services.
Sportsbooks operating on the OpenSports platform will be afforded access to official data from more than 170,000 events a year and will join Genius Sports’ stable of more than 150 existing partners.
Genius Sports holds the official data rights to numerous top-level sports competitions, including the English Premier League, Serie A and NASCAR.
