Genius Sports accelerates Latam drive with Colombian agreement
Data supplier granted data and live streaming rights for top-tier domestic football in Colombia under new agreement
Genius Sports has expanded its partnership with Colombian football’s governing body, DIMAYOR.
The data giant and DIMAYOR, which oversees premier competitions in the country, became integrity partners in 2019.
The expansion to the agreement will see Genius Sports granted the exclusive rights to capture and distribute official DIMAYOR data and live video streams for more than 150 sportsbook partners.
The New York-listed company will be granted these rights across all Liga BetPlay, Torneo BetPlay, Copa BetPlay and Superliga BetPlay games.
The expansion to the partnership follows that of Genius Sports’ similar agreement with the Argentine Football Association in June.
