
GAMING1 named as one of Belgium’s top employers
Circus and 777 parent company makes list for fourth year in a row as it is praised for its “exemplary stability”

GAMING1 has been named one of the top employers in Belgium for a fourth consecutive year.
Compiled by the Top Employers Institute, the rankings consider multiple factors, such as the quality of the working environment, employee morale and companies’ commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The Belgian operator made notable improvements in a several key areas that make up part of the methodology.
Those included a 6.7 percentage point increase in its work environment score, which was recorded at 94.3%, with bosses attributing the high score to the firm’s promotion of collaboration and personal fulfilment.
GAMING1 scored 98.2% in performance, up 5.9 percentage points from last year, alongside 92.3% for talent acquisition on account of its “fair and innovative recruitment” process.
The firm also scored highly when it came to integrating new staff members, registering 87.7%, as well an 85.4% in recognition, thanks to the firm’s work wellbeing initiative.
An ongoing investment in managerial skills ensured the operator scored 87.5% in the leadership category.
GAMING1, which considers the likes of Circus and 777 as some of its flagship brands, has a presence both in online and land-based sectors.
It employs more than 1,650 staff, 1,000 of which are based in Belgium, while its IT centre in Liège hosts 500 industry experts across 50 different IT professions.
