Gamesys agrees lease on new UK hub
Bally’s Corporation subsidiary eyes recruitment drive to fill 100,000 sq foot West End office

Gamesys Group has agreed a lease on a new 100,000 square foot London office space, which will serve as the operator’s main UK headquarters.
The office, located in Colegrave House on London’s Berners Street, previously served as the home of the Arcadia group, who operated a number of retail chains including British Home Stores, Debenhams and Dorothy Perkins, which went into administration in November 2020.
The move is the first significant operational change undertaken since the JackpotJoy operator became part of Bally’s Corporation, following the completion of its multi-billion-dollar acquisition.
It significantly scales up the firm’s UK workspace, with the current HQ located in Piccadilly Circus.
It is understood more than 1,000 staff will be based out of the London hub, with plans already underway to recruit more London-based employees.
In comments reported by Yahoo! News a Gamesys spokesman said: “We are proud to be committing our future to London, where we have been based for the last 20 years.
“As we embrace hybrid working it’s important to have a brilliant space for face-to-face collaboration and we look forward to moving in the middle of 2022,” Gamesys added.
Gamesys Group recently received a highly commended mention at the EGR Operator Awards 2021 in the Operator of the Year category, an award it took home in 2020.
The firm opened a 7,500 sq. ft office on the Isle of Man in July, which plays host to Gamesys Group’s compliance, finance, customer services and marketing teams.
