Fubo Gaming lands first-ever NBA partnership
Challenger operator inks sponsorship agreement with 2016 NBA champions Cleveland Cavaliers

Fubo Gaming has secured its first sponsorship with an NBA franchise after putting pen to paper on a deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
As part of the agreement, Fubo Gaming will be promoted via a multi-faceted marketing campaign.
The operator will be afforded access to broadcast-visible signage at the Cavs’ Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse home arena, as well as a presence on team television and radio game programming.
The pair will also work on activations across the Cavs’ digital and social media channels.
Additionally, Fubo Gaming will become the presenting partner of the free-to-play live predictive gaming platform Cavs Pick ‘Em that features inside the Cavs’ official app.
Scott Butera, Fubo Gaming president, said: “We’re thrilled to have our first NBA team partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers, an innovative sports franchise known to have one of the most passionate fan bases in the league.
“This partnership is a natural extension of our overall goal to deliver sports fans dynamic and engaging experiences with the teams and sports they love,” he added.
Fubo Gaming expects to launch its sportsbook in Q4 2021 subject to regulatory approvals.
The operator currently holds market-access agreements in Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
