Former William Hill compliance director joins Pragmatic Solutions
Lloyd Lemmon teams up with chief executive Ashley Lang at Gibraltar-based platform provider

Pragmatic Solutions has recruited former William Hill legal and compliance director Lloyd Lemmon.
Lemmon spent just seven months at Hills in Gibraltar after a near four-year spell as general counsel and group company secretary of Lottoland.
He arrived at Pragmatic Solutions on 3 August as head of legal and compliance.
Lemmon will report into former Obodo and Lottomart chief Ashley Lang, who became CEO of the platform provider back in June 2020.
Lang said of the appointment: “Lloyd brings extensive experience and expertise in regulated online gambling across many jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
“For Pragmatic Solutions, his appointment marks another step in our plans to strengthen our management team, increase our bandwidth to respond to the flood of interest in our technology and improve our ability to respond to the needs of our customers in the face of increasing regulatory complexity across the globe.
“I have known Lloyd for many years as a colleague and I am proud to welcome him to the Pragmatic Solutions team,” he added.
Lemmon was issued a personal management licence (PML) by the UK Gambling Commission in July 2017.
Pragmatic Solutions is the sister company of slots specialist Pragmatic Play.
