Former Playtech execs launch jackpot marketing platform
Amir Askarov and Dan Fischer set out to disrupt “lack of innovation” in marketing tools

Two former Playtech executives today launched a new marketing platform enabling operators to integrate various jackpot products to engage and retain players.
The BlueRibbon platform was founded by Amir Askarov, formerly CEO of Playtech Israel, and Dan Fischer, former Playtech commercial director.
“After spending more than 20 years in a variety of key positions at iGaming companies, we noticed there was a lack of real innovation, mostly with the existing marketing tools, yet operators were really striving for differentiation,” the Blue Ribbon site says.
“With this in mind, we set out to develop an independent marketing platform that’s specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the industry.
“BlueRibbon Software enables brands to create unique forms of player engagement through fully customizable jackpot promotions.”
Askarov, the CEO of BlueRibbon, added: “By using the BlueRibbon platform, we believe operators can finally build a real point of difference with a powerful marketing tool that they can fully control and manage based on real business insights and that can be offered in verticals where jackpots were never used before.”
BlueRibbon is based in Tel Aviv and has ten employees, according to LinkedIn.
Jackpots have become increasingly important CRM tools around the industry, with the likes of William Hill placing them as the core feature of its Vegas site.
