Former Pinnacle payments director departs after 18 years
Isabelle Delisle has been unveiled as chief payment officer of Paytently, where she will guide the firm’s product development efforts in newly created role

Former Pinnacle stalwart Isabelle Delisle has been named the new chief payment officer (CPO) of Paytently.
As part of her new role, which has been newly created, Delisle is expected to oversee the firm’s payment vertical and optimise operational efficiency, as well as help spearhead strategic partnership efforts.
Delisle will also guide the firm’s product development in line with “market trends and client needs”.
She brings a wealth of experience to the recently formed position, having spent 18 years with Pinnacle, initially arriving as a payment solutions manager in November 2006.
Seven years later, Delisle was appointed as head of customer services and payments for the privately owned operator, a title she held for a year before rising up the ranks further to become head of customer operations in August 2015.
Delisle was named head of group payments in June 2017 and then director of payments in January 2023.
Reflecting on her new role, Delisle stated: “I’ve been inspired by Paytently’s talented team, their positivity, dynamism and drive to deliver world-class products is truly impressive.
“I’m excited to join at such a pivotal stage of the company’s growth. With its innovative platform and focus on delivering specialised payment solutions for gambling and other specialised verticals, Paytently is the perfect place to apply my expertise.
“I look forward to contributing to its continued global success and helping push the boundaries of payment innovation.”
Paytently CEO Samuel Barrett added: “Isabelle’s appointment is a pivotal moment for Paytently as we continue to redefine payments for highly regulated sectors like igaming.
“Her experience will not only strengthen our team but also drive innovation, helping our clients achieve unmatched efficiency and success.”
