Former Odobo execs establish new lotto betting start-up in Gibraltar
Mobile-only Lottomart lets player customise their bets and uses gamification to boost customer loyalty

Former Odobo co-founder and Mansion head of marketing Ashley Lang has launched a mobile-focused lottery betting product called Lottomart in the UK market, EGR has learned.
The Gibraltar-based operator, which received its local licence earlier this month, is also backed up by Odobo co-founder, Dennis Diaconescu as CPO and Dice London founder Gwenole Andrieux as CMO.
Speaking to EGR, Lang said there room in the lottery betting market for more competition.
“There is a lot of further innovation we can bring to the table and new products that are based upon the same kind of consumer appeal [that our competitors have],” Lang said.
The mobile-only product aims to improve on traditional lottery-betting by letting players boost their chances of winning in return for a lower jackpot prize.
“My team’s rationale behind [the Boost feature] was, if we give the customers that control, would they rethink the chance to be more likely to win a lower amount?” Lang said.
“We’re not confined by the structure of any foreign lottery draw and [Boost] allows us to differentiate and give the customers a choice.”
Players can also earn an in-game diamond currency that can be exchanged for real money.
Headquartered in Ocean Village, Lottomart operates on a proprietary technology platform with in-house developed web and native applications that support the development of new features.
