Former LiveScore Group exec launches Sports Prosper Consulting
Rob Brown debuts new venture as he plans to support startups and established firms with commercial aims

Former LiveScore Group head Rob Brown has launched his new firm Sports Prosper Consulting.
Brown departed LiveScore Group after more than five years with the business in June, culminating in his position as head of media.
During his time with the firm, Brown played a key role in securing exclusive free-to-air live rights for every UEFA Champions League match in Ireland in a three-year deal and building out the company’s commercial department.
Described as a “specialist commercial consultancy dedicated to helping sports and media organisations achieve their optimum revenue potential”, Sports Prosper Consulting has already begun work with several companies.
Brown confirmed the business had engaged with a sports data and technology firm that is looking to launch a sports betting content business as well as a startup football app to help it scale its commercial proposition.
Sports Prosper Consulting will be based in London.
Speaking to EGR, Brown said: “After a hugely rewarding five years at LiveScore and, with over two decades in sports, media and sports betting, it felt like the perfect moment to create my own business.
“I’ve gained so much enjoyment and valuable experience from contributing to the success of some great organisations, and I couldn’t resist the challenge of building my own company.
“I’m looking forward to lending the experience and the learnings I’ve taken from the successful commercial, content and communications teams I’ve led, to support the many ambitious and exciting organisations within the sports and media industries,” he added.
