Former Enteractive head named as iGATE CEO
Managing director John Foster steps up after joining casino and sports betting solutions supplier in April
IGATE has promoted John Foster to the position of CEO just a few months after the igaming exec moved to supplier in April.
The new chief began his time at the firm as managing director and will now step into a CEO role for the first time after building up an extensive igaming CV across multiple sales teams.
He first joined the industry in February 2003, when he began working for William Hill as a betting shop manager.
Foster proceeded to spend time in various sales roles outside of the sector in Malta and Thailand, before returning to the industry with iGaming Group in July 2019 as head of aggregation and games.

A promotion to commercial manager followed in July 2021 before departing for Enteractive at the start of 2023 as head of B2B sales.
After a year, he moved to iGATE where he has cultivated “successful strategic partners by attending the biggest industry events” according to the white-label supplier.
Foster said: “As iGATE’s new CEO, I’ll ensure we continue to bolster our technological competencies, enhance our tailored solutions and expand our managed services.
“The team is ready to end 2024 strong. I look forward to seeing all our potential and current partners at upcoming events.”
Established only last year, iGATE provides white-label solutions and online casino and sports betting integration services.
