Former bet365 head of international development to join Raketech board
Affiliate’s nomination committee proposes Jon Moss to join board of directors as current members set to be retained at company’s AGM in May

Former bet365 head of international development, Jon Moss, has been proposed as a new board member for Raketech.
The Malta-based affiliate’s nomination committee has confirmed the proposal, with Moss due to join the board of director by the group’s AGM on 16 May.
In a statement, the committee said: “The nomination committee is confident that Jon Moss would further strengthen the board of directors as his igaming expertise and thorough international experience would be valuable when executing Raketech’s growth initiatives.”
Raketech also pointed to Moss’ experience across Europe, North America, Oceania, Asia and Latin America as key benefits of his appointment.
Moss is independent in relation to the company and its management, as well as Raketech’s major shareholders.
Moss departed bet365 in September 2022 after more than a decade at the Stoke-on-Trent-based firm.
Following his departure from the online giant, Moss returned to his business, 34 Consulting, as a director.
Raketech’s nomination committee has also proposed the re-election of all current board members as well as Ulrik Bengtsson as chair.
Raketech’s other board members include the company’s co-founder Erik Skarp, former KFC and Amazon finance head Clare Boynton, Stillfront Group EVP Marina Andersson and ex-Mr Green CEO Patrick Jonker.
Raketech is currently being led by Johan Svensson as acting CEO following the departure of Oskar Mühlbach in January.
Mühlbach exited the firm after he and the board cited “different views on the strategic direction of the company”.
Svensson, Raketech’s fellow co-founder and former CEO and CCO, was drafted in to hold the position on an interim basis.
