Exclusive: LeoVegas launches live casino TV show on Channel 5
Stockholm-listed operator hails “huge step” for the business with first TV show
LeoVegas will launch a new live casino TV show on Channel 5 in the UK under its 21.co.uk gaming brand, EGR understands.
The new programme, called “The 21.co.uk Live Casino Show”, will air the first time tonight at 1am as the brand competes for UK market share.
The show will feature Blaze live roulette from supplier Authentic Gaming and will air for two hours every night on Channel 5, as we well as being simulcast on Channel 5 +1.

According to LeoVegas, securing “consistent, prolonged airtime on a mainstream UK TV channel was too good an opportunity to turn down”.
Mark Good, 21.co.uk spokesperson, said: “LeoVegas is delighted to be launching a TV show, it’s such a huge step for the company and for it to be on a free-to-air UK channel is amazing.
“On behalf of LeoVegas, we are immensely proud and I am sure that it will be a big hit. It reinforces the 21.co.uk brand as a serious player in the UK online casino market,” he added.
Malta-based Betsson wound down its UK TV presence in November 2018 after the operator’s £26.4m acquisition of NetPlay TV failed to perform to expectations.
