
Exclusive: ComeOn Group promotes ex-William Hill head to chief data officer
Malta-based firm promotes Sherwin Jarvand to top team after two years across CRM and customer engagement divisions


ComeOn Group has promoted director of customer engagement Sherwin Jarvand to become the operator’s new chief data officer, EGR can exclusively reveal.
Jarvand originally joined ComeOn in November 2020 as head of CRM before stepping up to become director of customer engagement in August 2021.
Before joining ComeOn, Jarvand spent more than two years with Addison Global in Gibraltar across analytics and customer engagement roles.
He also spent more than three years with William Hill, culminating in his position as head of product optimisation.
As chief data officer, Jarvand will manage the group’s data strategy, building on his experience of using data to drive customer marketing and personalisation in his previous roles.
Jarvand will be based in ComeOn’s headquarters in Malta and will report into CEO Juergen Reutter.
Speaking on his appointment, Jarvand said: “I feel privileged to lead the data strategy and join the executive team here at ComeOn Group. There is a huge opportunity to utilise our rich data to continue to accelerate our business.
