Ex-Mr Green CEO heads to supplier startup as chairman
Jesper Kärrbrink to lend services to Swedish firm Random State after closure of Green Jade Games

Supplier startup Random State has named former Mr Green CEO Jesper Kärrbrink as the group’s new chairman.
Established in April 2021, Kärrbrink joins the group as it looks to enter its next phase of growth.
The Gothenburg-based firm provides bingo, instant wins, raffles and lottery products, as well as its Skills & Thrills vertical which includes gamified lottery and casino content.
Kärrbrink will add the Random State chairmanship to his existing position as chair at Internet Vikings.
Kärrbrink previously spent three years as the CEO for Mr Green between April 2016 and April 2019. He previously served as CEO of Svenska Spel between July 2004 and May 2008.
Until recently, the industry stalwart also served as chair of Green Jade Games before its shuttering earlier this year.
In a statement, Random State said: “As a challenger in the lottery industry, we continue to push the boundaries of innovation. We believe that Jesper’s extensive experience in the igaming industry, including CEO roles at Svenska Spel and Mr Green, will further propel us in this journey.
“Jesper shares our vision to enhance the gaming experience through innovation and responsible gambling. His leadership and expertise will surely strengthen our commitment to creating groundbreaking, entertaining lottery and bingo games.”
