EveryMatrix CCO transitions to head up supplier’s games division
Stian Hornsletten to shift across to lead games arm as CEO after more than four years heading up commercial operations

EveryMatrix chief commercial officer (CCO) Stian Hornsletten is set to become CEO of the supplier’s games division from 1 February.
Hornsletten, who co-founded the business 15 years ago with CEO Ebbe Groes, will shift across to run the games vertical ahead of ICE.
In his new role, Hornsletten will be responsible for managing the division and developing in-house and third-party content.
He will retain a senior role on the EveryMatrix board despite moving away from the company’s C-suite.
Hornsletten originally served as EveryMatrix CEO before stepping up to become executive chair in January 2011.
He returned to the frontline of operations in November 2019 as CCO.
EveryMatrix confirmed it will announce Hornsletten’s replacement in due course.
Groes said: “If it wasn’t for Stian there would not be an EveryMatrix, and I’ll be forever grateful to him for asking me to join him for a drink to discuss the idea of starting this business together 15 years ago.
“He wanted to take on a new challenge within the business to grow our games offering and he has mine and all the company’s full support.
“I’m certain he will immediately take it to another level, bringing enormous energy, innovation and passion to the team,” he added.
In other people news, earlier this week EveryMatrix confirmed the appointment of Nikolina Gabelica as the supplier’s new head of lottery.
