
Esports Entertainment Group nets New England NFL and MLS partnerships
Nasdaq-listed operator secures esports tournament agreements with New England Patriots and New England Revolution


Esports Entertainment Group (EEG) has put pen to paper on a multi-year partnership with two of New England’s major sports franchises.
Under the remit of the agreement, EEG will become the official esports tournament provider for the NFL’s New England Patriots and MLS’ New England Revolution.
EEG will be afforded rights to use official logos and marks to promote their tournaments, which will be hosted on its Esports Gaming League platform.
The partnership, which was signed with the Patriots and Revolution’s parent company Kraft Sports and Entertainment, expands EEG’s esports tournament sponsorship portfolio.
The Malta-headquartered operator already holds similar agreements with the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles, NHL’s LA Kings and MLS’ Philadelphia Union and LA Galaxy.
Grant Johnson, EEG CEO, said: “The Patriots and Revolution have an enormous and loyal fan base. Our tournament platform will now sponsor two teams with large and passionate fan bases.
“Our robust tournament platform helps the Patriots and Revolution strengthen connections with their fans, providing new avenues for engagement,” he added.
