Jenny Pace steps up to C-suite after almost four years with Malta-based operator in latest senior addition

Esports Entertainment Group (EEG) has bolstered its C-level after promoting Jenny Pace to become the firm’s chief people officer.
Pace steps up to the operator’s C-suite having joined the company in January 2019 as head of payments.
In May 2020, Pace was promoted to SVP of HR and administration and has now stepped up to the chief people officer role.
In her new position, Pace will be responsible for managing all HR strategy and support across the business.
Prior to joining EEG, Pace spent time with Western Union and Travelex in a series of senior managerial roles.
Pace’s appointment is the latest in a series of changes for the EEG senior management team this year.
In January, Stuart Tilly was named as the group’s new chief operating officer, while in March, chief financial officer Dan Marks departed to join Tipico.
Elsewhere, EEG marketing director Magnus Leppäniemi is set to leave the operator after just over two years with the firm.
