
Eric Cantona to front William Hill’s new Premier League ad campaign
888-owned firm introduces “disruptive and distinctive” strategy to meet consumer demands across UK and Ireland

Former Manchester United and France striker Eric Cantona has become the official brand ambassador for William Hill’s new marketing and advertising campaign.
Cantona will lead the Who You Got? campaign ahead of the start of the new Premier League season, which begins 12 August.
The Frenchman will also lead the above the line (ATL) campaign as the operator implements what it considers a “more disruptive and distinctive marketing strategy”.
Cantona will be seen on advertising campaigns in both the UK and Ireland across online, digital and social mediums.
William Hill’s new campaign, which starts on 2 August, is part of the firm’s ‘Brotherhood’ brand position, which includes promoting football in both betting and non-betting scenarios.
The campaign will be soundtracked by Rudimental’s Feel the Love.
Alexis Zamboglou, William Hill UK and Ireland MD, said Cantona was the “perfect fit” for the campaign.
