Ladbrokes Australia was yesterday crowned Operator of the Year at EGR Global‘s annual Australia Awards, held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney.
It was the second year in a row the bookmaker’s Australia-facing business took home the evening’s most prestigious award, while it also was the recipient of the Horseracing Operator gong.
Other big winners on the night included William Hill, which won two prizes including Customer Services Operator, and newcomer neds which came out on top in the Rising Star and Marketing Campaign categories.
