Easygo names company stalwart as new COO
Stake and Kick parent company hands ex-William Hill trader Dominic Hardcastle C-suite role after almost five years of service

Easygo has promoted from within to name Dominic Hardcastle as the firm’s new chief operating officer (COO).
Hardcastle has been with Easygo from its early stages, arriving as the 13th member of the technology platform behind Stake and Kick in October 2019.
He originally joined the business as a sportsbook product manager before moving up the ranks to director of operations between March 2022 and July 2024.
Hardcastle’s promotion to COO will see him take on his first C-suite role in his career.
Posting on LinkedIn, an Easygo spokesperson said: “Dominic joined Easygo in 2019 as team member number 13 to build Stake’s sportsbook function.
“Since then, he has held several leadership roles and successfully executed the expansion of our operations, driving efficiencies across our global teams.
“With 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in operational excellence, Dominic will now take on the role of COO, leading the implementation of our strategy and accelerating our growth ambitions.”
Prior to his move to Easygo, Hardcastle served as Yolo Group’s (then Coingaming Group) head of sportsbook between June 2017 and December 2018.
During his time with the crypto-first operator, he oversaw all aspects of trading, marketing and development for the company’s Sportsbet.io brand.
Hardcastle also spent just shy of a decade with William Hill before moving to Yolo Group as he climbed the ladder within the firm’s trading division.
He joined Hills as a trading assistant in July 2007 and by the time Hardcastle departed the firm in May 2017, he was head of in-play tennis, having stepped into the role in December 2015.
Hardcastle also becomes the latest member of Easygo’s revamped C-suite after David Lemphers was named chief technology officer in September.
The business also promoted Akhil Sarin to chief marketing officer in September last year.
Meanwhile, Lemphers recently revealed to 9News Australia that the company harbours ambitions of becoming a titan of the engineering industry, stating: “It’s our vision to be the best engineering organisation in the world.”
The firm is also offering tech talent up to A$100,000 (£52,440) in sign-on bonuses in Australia as it looks to ramp up operations Down Under.
