DraftKings ramps up worldwide recruitment drive
Boston-headquartered operator advertising for more than 80 roles across five locations to fuel future growth

DraftKings has launched a mass recruitment drive across five locations as it aims to become a $100bn-plus (£73.3bn) company.
The US operator is on the hunt for 82 new employees across all facets of the business, from marketing and product development to senior directors and data engineers.
DraftKings is looking for new staff on two continents, North America and Europe, with remote working also an option for some positions.
New US staffers will be spread across the group’s Boston, Las Vegas and New Jersey offices, while European hires will be based in Dublin or London.
The most prestigious role on offer is a senior director position at the operator’s M&A integrations branch as the company prepares to incorporate proprietary technology from the SBTech acquisition.
Elsewhere, DraftKings is also looking for a director to join its corporate financial planning and analysis team with a remit of creating strong business partnerships across both B2B and B2C.
Senior roles across data, engineering and product have also been listed by the firm, including senior designer roles across casino, DFS and platform.
From a regulatory perspective, the operator is looking for a government affairs manager and a senior compliance manager as the business seeks to expand into new states.
Speaking to EGR Intel last month, DraftKings CEO and co-founder Jason Robins said the company would not rest on its laurels despite hitting a market cap of more than $23bn after going public in April 2020.
Robins said: “I think we are just getting started. If this is as far as we go, it’s a huge failure.
“Matt (Kalish), Paul (Liberman) and I are all wired this way – we’re never satisfied. We always feel like there’s something bigger that we can achieve, and I think all of us feel more focused, intent and competitive than ever,” he added.
