Double Down partners with third US casino
Double Down Casino app will be available on websites of five Jacobs Entertainment casinos.

IGT-owned social game developer Double Down Interactive has agreed a deal for its casino app to be hosted on the websites of five Jacobs Entertainment casinos in Nevada and Colorado.
The Double Down Casino app offers all of the developer’s products, including poker and slots games such as Da Vinci Diamonds. New games will be added automatically once they are released.
The agreement allows Jacobs Entertainment to host the app on websites for three Gold Dust West casinos in Nevada, as well as The Gilpin Casino and The Lodge in Colorado, in exchange for a share of revenue.
Eric Tom, executive vice-president of global sales at IGT, said of the deal: “What we are offering Jacobs is the chance to provide their players with a full-service casino style gaming experience while being able to see all the offerings that Jacobs also has to offer. This also allows the player to try out and enjoy free-to-play slots and multiplayer poker when they’re at home.”
The agreement is Double Down’s third land-based partnership in the US, following a deal with Arizona’s Casino Del Sol Resort in July and the Golden Acorn Resort in California in August.
IGT acquired Double Down Interactive for up to US$500m in January and the social game developer’s casino app is one of the largest gambling-related apps on Facebook.
