DAZN BET swoops for ex-Lottoland and Entain lead as head of HR
Sarah Noon links up with challenger brand at its Gibraltar headquarters following UK soft launch

DAZN BET has appointed former BoyleSports head Sarah Noon as the challenger brand’s new head of HR.
Noon joins DAZN BET from BoyleSports where she spent three months as the operator’s head of HR across three locations.
Prior to joining the Irish bookmaker, Noon served as senior HR business partner at the UK Tote Group and as a people partner at Lottoland.
Noon cut her teeth in the industry at Entain (then GVC) in October 2011, originally joining the London-listed firm’s Gala Coral’s HR team.
She rose through the ranks at Gala Coral before being named HR operations manager for Ladbrokes Coral in March 2017.
In her final role with the company, Noon was appointed senior HR business partner for GVC in November 2018.
Noon will continue to be based in Gibraltar in her new role.
Noon becomes the latest senior hire from inside the industry for DAZN BET, with the operator having moved to snap up a wealth of talent.
The brand is led by former BoyleSports CEO Mark Kemp, who is joined by ex-Entain head Simon Gatenby as chief marketing officer and former Betdaq MD Shane McLaughlin as MD for UK and Ontario.
DAZN BET soft launched in the UK last month ahead of its rollout across Europe and Canada.
The platform, the brainchild of former Entain CEO Shay Segev, is powered by Pragmatic Solutions and is part of the OTT sports streaming platform’s strategy to become a “one-stop shop” for sports fans alongside sports content, e-commerce, free-to-play games and NFTs.
Elsewhere, EGR spoke to Kemp and EVP of new revenues Ian Turnbull on their vision to disrupt online sports betting.
