Crucial Compliance names new director of Africa division
Adam Bradford brought on board to head African operations based out of Rwanda

Crucial Compliance has named Adam Bradford as the new director of its Africa division.
Bradford joins the firm while maintaining several positions, including chairperson of his own advertising agency, the Adam Bradford Agency, as well as being the director of CSG Investments Africa and the head of CO2 Capital Rwanda.
Before these positions, Bradford was a capacity development manager for Youth Business International.
Bradford was also the co-founder of BetProtect, which Crucial Compliance acquired in August 2021.
That deal saw Crucial Compliance take ownership of the BetProtect brand and its products associated with the Safer Online Gambling Group.
When that deal was completed, BetProtect co-founder, David Bradford, took up an advisory role on Crucial Compliance’s board.
Adam Bradford said at the time of the acquisition: “BetProtect’s new home is the perfect place for its features and content to be rolled out across the industry, thanks to the direction and expertise provided by Crucial Compliance’s compliance expertise and technological ability.”
On his new role with Crucial Compliance, Bradford commented: “I’m really honoured to work together with Paul Foster and his team at Crucial Compliance Limited to prevent gambling harms in my home continent of Africa and beyond.
“Paul’s mentorship and guidance in helping me strengthen our work and his stalwart support of our team showed me that there is heart in this industry. But not just heart, a belief that good business makes commercial sense. Let Paul’s leadership be a lesson to other industry leaders.”
