Continent 8 unveils private igaming internet
Gaming Exchange to offer beefed-up security and fast connection to industry firms

Continent 8 has launched a private internet dedicated to the online gambling industry.
The tech firm has unveiled Gaming Exchange which will allow igaming business to connect faster and more securely on a private network compared to the standard internet.
The product uses a VPN rather than route over the public internet, with Continent 8 promising low-latency and global reachability.
Continent 8 also noted the new product offers stronger protection against cyber-attacks, including DDoS attacks.
Gaming Exchange is not attackable externally and is protected by Continent 8 from any potential malicious actors.
Justin Cosnett, Continent 8 chief product officer, said: “We know that igaming companies are constantly talking to each other over the internet. The Gaming Exchange is a game-changer for the industry, an exclusive community for organisations to connect on a private, highly secure and ultra-fast network.
“As one of the most attacked industries, the level of security that we can provide via the Gaming Exchange offers a highly valuable solution for our customers,” he added.
