ComeOn managing director Jonas Wåhlander has today stepped down from his position as the company makes way for a new senior management team.

ComeOn also named a new COO, with former senior project manager for new business at ComeOn, Heidi Skogster, taking on the role.

“The integration process in our online gaming business area has reached a point where we now want to intensify our growth ambitions and further strengthen ComeOn’s market position,” Cherry CEO Anders Holmgren commented.
“Following a period of internal focus, it is time to take advantage of the strength that exists within the company.
“The new management team comprises several people with experience from ComeOn from the company’s inception.
“They will take the company to the next level in terms of earnings and market focus. The fact that several of them are also shareholders in Cherry AB will benefit development.”
The firm recently admitted the integration of the ComeOn business was taking “longer than expected”, while marketing spend was also failing to deliver its expected ROI.
Cherry shares were down 1.3% to SEK 56 in early trading.
