Casumo recruits ex-Napoleon chief exec as COO
Online operator bolsters top team with hire of Tim De Borle as he joins new CEO Francesco Postiglione

Casumo has appointed former Napoleon Sports & Casino CEO Tim De Borle as its new chief operating officer (COO).
De Borle links up with the online Malta-based operator after a decade-long spell with Belgian giant Napoleon Sports & Casino.
He left the firm in November 2022 and handed the CEO role to former Paddy Power head Eamonn O’Loughlin.
At the time, De Borle said it was the right moment for him to “move on and embrace the next challenge in my professional life”.
His 10-year association with Napoleon Sports & Casino began back in December 2012 when he joined the company as an operations programmer, before stepping up to becoming operations manager in March 2013.
In February 2016, De Borle was named digital COO, before a series of promotions saw him become online COO, online CEO and eventually CEO in September 2021.
De Borle becomes the latest C-level hire at Casumo as he joins new CEO Francesco Postiglione who was appointed in March.
Speaking on his arrival, De Borle said: “ excited to announce a new chapter in my career; joining Casumo as chief operating officer.
“ Look forward to contributing to the sustainable growth and success of one of the most innovative and customer-centric casino operators out there,” he added.
