Buzz Bingo launches bonus payout promise
New customer-friendly campaign aims to undercut rivals with instant access to bonus winnings
Buzz Bingo has updated its no wagering requirements bonus policy with a new promise to give players instant access to their winnings.
The no nonsense bonus promise launch has been accompanied by a new player stamp and YouTube video, detailing how players can access their prizes in a streamlined manner.
The stamp, which comes with the tagline ‘you win it, you keep it’, will give Buzz Bingo players instant access to their bonus winnings.
The bingo operator noted that some firms ask players to play up to 50x their bonus before being able to claim their winnings, which it forgoes with its new promise.
The update follows on from Buzz Bingo’s initial no wagering requirements policy that has been in place since its inception in 2018.
Harry Lang, Buzz Bingo marketing director, said: “Wagering requirements are pretty annoying – you think you’re getting a juicy bonus but it turns out you have to play through your money up to 50 times before you cash out, or you can’t get hold of your winnings until you’ve met certain conditions, which sucks.
“At Buzz Bingo, what our player’s see is what they get, so I’m delighted to be able to share our new No Nonsense Bonus Promise – You Win It? You Keep It,” he added.
Elsewhere, under the latest coronavirus restrictions put in place across England by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, 90 Buzz Bingo clubs are temporarily closed across the UK.
