BoyleSports has installed former Kindred Group and Kaizen Gaming exec Michalis Koutsoukos as the company’s new head of customer engagement.
Koutsoukos joins the Irish bookmaker from Greek operator Kaizen Gaming where he most recently served as director of CRM from October 2021 to August 2023.
Koutsoukos originally joined the Betano and Stoiximan parent company in May 2021 as head of lifecyles.
He cut his teeth in igaming with a near-four-year spell with Kindred Group across multiple roles at the operator’s office in Wimbledon, London.
He originally joined the business in January 2017 as head of customer communications before stepping up to become head of customer campaigns in February the following year.
Then, in May 2019, Koutsoukos was appointed head of customer strategy.
In this role, he managed a team of 40 employees and led on the development and delivery of multiple major customer engagement programmes.
Koutsoukos will be based in Gibraltar in his new position with BoyleSports.
Speaking to EGR, Koutsoukos said: “I am thrilled to kick off this exciting chapter as the head of customer engagement at BoyleSports.
“I am eager to spearhead CRM and promotional initiatives, playing a key role in achieving our ambitious growth and international expansion goals.”
Koutsoukos becomes the latest addition to the BoyleSports team after former DAZN BET head Matthew Greenman joined the business last year as global head of fraud and payments.
