Former finance chief Hannah Westley takes up the Malta-based role created following the sale of Mandalay Media to Intertain

Bgo Entertainment has promoted its group finance director Hannah Westley to the newly-created role of group managing director, eGaming Review can reveal.
Westley was appointed to the senior role earlier this month after working as group finance director at the firm since 2009.
Westley moved to Malta, where Bgo’s holding company is based, to take up the role which was created following the sale of the group’s Mandalay Media subsidiary to Intertain Group.
Toronto-based Intertain acquired Costa Bingo owner Mandalay in June in a deal worth up to £60m which included a £45m cash payment and a further £15m to be paid dependent on performance.
In September Bgo recruited professional poker player and renowned playboy Dan Bilzerian as part of a new £15m TV and digital marketing push which co-founder Richard Skelhorn told eGR this morning had provided a huge boost to the company.
“Our casino business, bgo.com has doubled in size over the last four months with the Dan Bilzerian/Verne Troyer campaign being a huge success and generating more than 1.3m million views on YouTube alone, a record for any gaming company,” he said.
