
BeyondPlay adds to senior team with head of employee experience
Alison Lowell links up with Karolina Pelc-led firm after nearly two years at Casumo


BeyondPlay has appointed Alison Lowell as its new head of employee experience.
Lowell joins the B2B startup after a near-two-year stint with Casumo as the firm’s workplace experience manager.
Her role at Casumo was Lowell’s first position in the igaming industry, and she spent her career in the IT consultancy and real estate sectors.
Lowell took to LinkedIn to look back at her time at Casumo and give her thoughts on her new role with BeyondPlay.
She said: “Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible team at Casumo, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute to some remarkable projects.
Now, it is with a sense of anticipation and gratitude that I announce my transition to a new role as head of employee experience at BeyondPlay.
“I am excited to work alongside Karolina Pelc and Jacqui Gatt and the incredible team they’ve assembled. Their innovative approach, dedication to making a positive impact and vision for the future align perfectly with my career goals and values.”
