Betway named as Chelsea FC's European betting partner
Multi-year deal will see branding of the Super Group-owned operator feature prominently across pitch-side LED advertising boards intellectual property, digital and social media rights

Betway has penned a multi-year deal to become the official European betting partner of Chelsea Football Club.
The agreement means that the Super Group-owned operator will boast extensive intellectual property rights, including the use of Chelsea players from past and present to create exclusive content.
Betway branding will also appear on LED advertising boards at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge ground during all home fixtures in both the Premier League and domestic cup matches.
Digital and social media rights are included within the deal, meaning Betway has access to Chelsea’s millions of fans online across the globe.
VIP experiences such as meet-and-greets with players, pitch-side tours and match hospitality will all also be on offer to fans via the agreement.
Neal Menashe, Super Group CEO, said: “We are incredibly proud to partner with the two-time UEFA Champions League winners and the five-time Premier League champions. An amazing achievement.
“Chelsea is a truly global club with a hugely successful history. This partnership is a super opportunity for Betway to expand its brand and to reward our loyal customers and engage with football fans in new and thrilling ways. We are super excited to work alongside this club.”
Casper Stylsvig, Chelsea’s chief revenue officer, added: “We are really pleased to welcome Betway as our official European betting partner. Their commitment to creating engaging and memorable experiences for fans aligns perfectly with our values at Chelsea.
“This partnership will offer our supporters incredible opportunities to connect with the club, from interacting with current and legendary players to enjoying VIP hospitality and behind-the-scenes access.
“We look forward to a successful and dynamic collaboration with Betway over the coming years.”
As part of the agreement, Betway will work with Chelsea to deliver “best-in-class training and initiatives” as part of a joint commitment to safer gambling.
In adding Chelsea to its Premier League sponsorship stable, Betway has further expanded its presence in English football’s top division.
Currently, Arsenal, Bournemouth, Brighton & Hove Albion, Nottingham Forest and West Ham United all count Betway as a club partner.
The operator has served as West Ham’s front-of-shirt partner since 2015 and is the official betting partner for Bournemouth and Forest.
The brand operates as the official global betting partner for both Arsenal and Brighton.
Betway also boasts a sponsorship presence across other leagues in European football, as the sports betting partner of La Liga titans Atletico Madrid and the official global betting partner of Serie A side Bologna.
