
BetVictor unveils ‘industry-first’ LED steeplechase ad boards
Operator advertises its logo on steeplechase fence via LED sponsor board at Stratford on Saturday


BetVictor has become the first operator to use digital branding on a jump fence after installing an LED advert at Stratford-upon-Avon racecourse over the weekend.
The BetVictor-branded digital ad board appeared on the final fence of the home straight at Stratford on Saturday as a result of BetVictor’s partnership with Priority Sports Marketing.

The board displayed the BetVictor logo throughout the weekend, but brands will likely be able to advertise odds and special offers via the technology at racecourses in the near future.
Shane Stafford, head of brand at BetVictor, said: “We are proud to become the first gaming company in the world to utilise LED advertising on a steeplechase fence.
“We were excited to see our brand take centre space on the final fence at Stratford this weekend and interested to see where this advertising platform can take our brand in the near future.”
The board was installed by Priority Sports Marketing after eight months of designing, manufacturing and trialling the technology.
