Better Collective to recruit Therese Hillman as new board member
Copenhagen-based affiliate to nominate former NetEnt CEO at April AGM

Better Collective has moved to hire former NetEnt CEO Therese Hillman to its board of directors.
The appointment will be proposed at an AGM on 26 April, alongside the re-election of Jens Bager (also chairman of the board), Todd Dunlap, Klaus Holse, Leif Nørgaard and Petra von Rohr.
The nomination committee was actively seeking a new member with igaming experience and decided that Hillman, who left NetEnt in February, was highly suited to the role.
Bager said: “I am very pleased that Therese has decided to seek election to Better Collective’s board of directors. Therese’s experience from the igaming market is highly relevant for Better Collective.
“Therese will, among other things, support the company in its ambitious strategy to continue consolidating the market and growing in new markets such as the fast-growing US sports betting market,” he added.
Hillman, a Swedish national born in 1980, was NetEnt CEO for nearly three years and executed a deal for slots studio Red Tiger before the business was acquired by live casino giant Evolution in 2020.
She holds an MSc in accounting and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and also served as a board member for Unibet, now Kindred Group, between May 2015 and October 2016.
