Betsson scores title sponsorship for Greek Cup
Stockholm-listed operator nabs naming rights for domestic cup competition on three-year deal

Betsson has secured the title rights to the Greek Cup after penning a deal with the Hellenic Football Federation (HFF).
The three-year agreement will see the operator awarded the naming rights for Greek football’s premier domestic cup competition.
The partnership will run until the end of the 2025-2026 season.
Betsson has taken over the title rights from Novibet, with the tournament currently at the Round of 16 stage.
The addition of Betsson as a sponsor of Greek football follows a landmark deal penned in February which saw Kaizen Gaming brand Stoiximan become the title sponsor of the Greek Super League.
Stoiximan will hold the title rights for that tournament until the end of the 2024-2025 season, with the firm also sponsoring major clubs such as Panathinaikos and Olympiacos.
Ronni Hartvig, Betsson Group chief commercial officer, said: “We are incredibly proud to support the Greek Cup, further solidifying our long-term investment and commitment to Greek sports.
“I’ve had the privilege to witness the commendable and inspiring efforts of the Betsson Greece team.
“Their strategic approach seamlessly blends sports support with a series of initiatives aimed at actively engaging not only fan bases but also the broader society. This holistic approach has resonated well throughout the region,” he added.
Panagiotis Baltakos, HFF president, said: “We welcome Betsson as the naming sponsor of the Hellenic Cup for the next three years.
“We are pleased to have reached this agreement, through which HFF gains a strong partner in its ongoing effort to enhance the cup.”
