BetRivers adds former Super Bowl champ Marc Schlereth and former Tennis pro James Blake as ambassadors
Betting operator also signs exclusive partnership with Field of 68 and Field of 12 media network for college football content

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has landed a pair of new brand ambassadors for its BetRivers online brand, announcing the additions of three-time Super Bowl champion Mark Schlereth and former world number four tennis great James Blake to its roster of talent.
Both well-known personalities signed exclusive brand and content deals and will contribute to BetRivers’ ‘Bet with a Winner’ campaign.
Schlereth, who played 12 seasons in the NFL – including the final six for the Denver Broncos – and was a longtime fixture on ESPN, will become a key component to BetRivers’ acquisition and retention strategy in Colorado, creating unique content for Broncos fans while providing NFL insight across the operator’s array of social and digital assets.
“Mark Schlereth is respected as one of the top NFL analysts with two decades of covering the pro games on sports networks under his belt,” said RSI CEO Richard Schwartz.
“Adding Mark and his vast experience as a champion player and NFL analyst will bolster our football coverage and give our bettors key NFL insights and analysis as they make their sports wagering decisions.”
Blake, a New York native and 10-time singles winner throughout a 14-year professional tennis career, will contribute to upcoming promotions and events for BetRivers.
With the US Open running through September 12 at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, and New York in the process of opening up online sports betting – RSI already operates retail sports betting in the state and is part of one of its online bids – Blake will likely have a significant focus on the Empire State.
“RSI is proud to partner with a tennis great, a New York Times best selling author, and the 2008 recipient of the Arthur Ashe Humanitarian of the Year Award,” said Schwartz.
“When we add someone of the caliber of James Blake, a respected and authentic voice in the sport of tennis, to our roster of professional sports ambassadors, it shows our commitment to offer bettors the best in sports betting insights and analysis.”
With the NFL and US Open taking center stage in September, the additions of Schlereth and Blake round out a flurry of brand-building activity from BetRivers in August that also included the signing of an exclusive partnership with the Field of 68 and Field of 12 media network.
As part of the deal, the college sports-driven media network will produce five weekly podcasts, as well as a live Saturday night recap show, in concert with BetRivers.
The content will feature a host of former college football stars, including former Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg, former Baylor quarterback Bryce Petty, and longtime NFL wide receiver Harry Douglas.
