BetMGM receives prestigious RG Check certification
Sportsbook and igaming operator receives one of the industry’s highest accreditations from the Responsible Gambling Council

BetMGM has received an RG Check from the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) for its responsible gaming (RG) and player protection protocols incorporated into and operations.
BetMGM’s US, Ontario, and Borgata Online labels received the certification.
To achieve this certification, the operator underwent a rigorous evaluation process, including a review of its RG policies and procedures, staff training, and player protection measures.
The RGC’s team of experts carried out this evaluation, who looked at the effectiveness of BetMGM’s responsible gaming program and provided recommendations for improvement.
Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM, said: “We are proud to have received this prestigious RG Check certification.
“This accreditation is a testament to our ongoing efforts to promote responsibility throughout our business and to ensure the well-being of our customers. We will continue to work closely with the RGC and other industry partners to promote a culture of safe and enjoyable gambling.”
Shelley White, CEO of RGC, added: “Congratulations to BetMGM on achieving the RG Check accreditation for all of its North American platforms. This accomplishment is a clear demonstration that BetMGM has a strong commitment to responsible gambling and player safety. We commend BetMGM for its dedication to promoting responsible gambling practices and its efforts to ensure the well-being of its players.”
The certification comes at the end of a month when the operator launched an RG campaign across its US and Canadian operations.
This included RG messaging across the BetMGM mobile app and above-the-line marketing assets, including billboard marketing, television, print, and radio advertising across both the US and Canada.
