Betfred launches revamped content hub
Bookmaker debuts Insights Hub to replace legacy blog platform in drive to more tailored and engaging content

Betfred has launched a new insight hub which will replace its legacy digital blog.
Insights.betfred will replace blog.betfred, which has been a part of the operator’s online content offering since 2008.
The launch comes amid a shift in content strategy at the Warrington-based bookmaker to provide more tailored information to users.
The hub was developed across the group’s marketing, content and brand divisions.
The new portal will include analysis and previews of sporting events, educational guides on safer gamblers and insight from Betfred brand ambassadors including Andy Cole and Steve McManaman.
Content produced exclusively for Betfred TV will also be housed on the new site.
Russell Palmer, Betfred head of copy and content, said: “Through the hard work from our dedicated employees in the brand, content and marketing departments, respectively, we’re very proud to now have a new digital output that allows us to showcase our successes as a business.
“[The hub] provides our customers with a range of weekly interviews with big name ambassadors, high-quality insight into major sporting events and reaffirms our commitment to safer gambling via publishing copy that’s compliant with current industry regulations,” he added.
Last year, bet365 rolled out an “ultra-modern” overhaul of its sports betting and news platform in a concerted effort to improve its content offering.
