Betdaq unveils fixed-odds sportsbook
GVC-owned exchange operator launches new GBET-developed fixed-odds platform

Betdaq has officially launched a fixed-odds sportsbook to complement its exchange platform and online casino.
The new sportsbook platform, first covered by EGR back in April, was developed alongside the operator’s exchange technology provider GBET and offers a shared Betdaq wallet, full and partial cash-out, live streaming and in-play betting.
Pricing will originate from GVC but can be tweaked based on exchange odds.
To support the launch, Betdaq has launched a multi-channel marketing campaign fronted by former England footballer Glen Johnson and Game of Thrones actor Ralph Ineson.

Betdaq MD Shane McLaughlin said: “Launching the Betdaq sportsbook is the realisation of a key strategic aim.
“The consolidated Betdaq exchange-sportsbook-casino demonstrates our strength as part of GVC and means customers can enjoy an improved experience.
“The exchange remains our central product and the complementary introduction of the sportsbook allows us to attract and convert new players.
“Supporting the launch with this prominent marketing campaign underlines the value of the product and our confidence in it,” he added.
In May, Betdaq gifted its Sunderland shirt sponsorship deal to charity following GVC’s pledge to end gambling shirt sponsorships.
