Betdaq ignites 0% commission for Boxing Day
Entain-owned betting exchange to go commission free in drive to attract festive period punters

Betdaq will go commission-free on all sports on Saturday 26 December to mark one of the busiest days of sport over the festive period.
Boxing Day sees top-class horseracing from both sides of the Irish Sea, with the King George VI Chase at Kempton headlining the action in Britain, as well as Grade One action from both Leopardstown and Limerick in Ireland.
The traditional festive football calendar kicks up a gear on Boxing Day, with a slew of Premier League matches including Arsenal versus Chelsea, while Australia will host India in a Boxing Day Test match at Melbourne’s MCG stadium.
The 0% commission rate applies to both new and existing customers of the Entain-owned betting exchange site. Betdaq has previously held a 0% commission day in September as part of a similar promotional campaign to attract bettors.
Betdaq head of marketing Mark Harkin said: “We’re always striving to offer our customers the best product we can and as part of our drive to do that, we’ve made the decision to go commission-free on all sports on Boxing Day – one of the busiest days of the sporting year.
“With a jam-packed football fixture list as well as exceptional horseracing in both England and Ireland – and much more besides – there is something for all sports fans and it’s very exciting for us as a business to be 0% commission,” he added.
