BetBright outsources certain trading functions with two new partnerships
Irish operator partners with Betradar and Metric Gaming in effort to “focus on its strengths” and expand the business

BetBright has announced two new partnerships that will see the Dublin-based bookmaker relinquish control over some of its trading and risk management duties.
The bookmaker will use Betradar’s managed trading services (MTS) for “selected trading on specific sports”, as well as integrating Metric Gaming’s standalone golf product.
BetBright CEO Marcus Brennan said the Betradar deal would allow the bookies to broaden its offering while focusing on its areas of expertise
“We have worked closely with Sportradar through data provision and their reputation in the industry speaks volumes,” Brennan said. “But we saw an opportunity through MTS that would enable us to increase our offering and trade on selected sports where Sportradar’s expertise was proven.
“This enables Betbright to free up resource and focus on areas where we are particularly strong. Selective trading through MTS we feel will become a more integral part of our strategy going forward and certainly as we expand into new territories with our first foreign markets planned for 2019.”
BetBright, which prides itself on its proprietary technology, also partnered with Metric Gaming to boost its golf offering.
“We see golf as an important element of our overall customer proposition and we look forward to a successful partnership with Metric in to the future,” said Owen Duffy, product manager at BetBright.
Metric said it offered the “the industry’s broadest selection of pre-game and in-play golf betting options”.
