Betano pens front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with Aston Villa
Kaizen Gaming brand begins its two-year agreement at the start of the 2024-25 season with the operator’s logo appearing on men’s first team’s shirts

Betano has signed a two-year agreement with Premier League side Aston Villa to be the West Midlands club’s new front-of-shirt sponsor and principal partner.
The deal officially begins at the start of the 2024-25 season, and the Kaizen Gaming brand’s logo will appear on the front of Villa’s men’s team’s jerseys for the next two seasons.
It comes just a few weeks after the operator announced that it is the official betting partner of the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 tournament in Germany and the CONMEBOL Copa America. The agreement was reported last month by The Telegraph to be worth a record £40m.
Speaking on the deal, George Daskalakis, co-founder and CEO of Kaizen Gaming, commented: “Aston Villa fans have a lot to be proud of in the club’s long and illustrious 150-year history. Their passion, matched on the pitch by incredible players and management, taking the club on the road to glory, makes the Villans one of the most formidable teams in world football today. Aston Villa’s sensational on-field success in the Premier League, along with their return to European football, matches Betano’s own growth and continuing accomplishments.”
Chris Heck, president of business operations at Aston Villa, added: “We are delighted to welcome Betano as Aston Villa’s new principal partner. Their dedication to innovation, customer satisfaction and responsible gaming aligns perfectly with the values we hold dear as a club.
“Aston Villa and Betano share a commitment to excellence, and we look forward to achieving great success together on and off the pitch. This collaboration marks an exciting chapter for both our organisations.”
The announcement follows the news that Kaizen Gaming had partnered with BVGroup to launch its Betano brand in the UK via a white-label agreement with the Gibraltar-based firm.
In partnering with BVGroup, Kaizen will use BVGroup’s technology in the UK, with the operator having its own proprietary platform deployed in other global markets.
