Bet365 intensifies compliance oversight with GiG Comply deal
Stoke-headquartered operator signs up for Gaming Innovation Group’s proprietary affiliate monitoring software

Bet365 has sealed an agreement with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) to use the supplier’s B2B marketing compliance screening tool, GiG Comply.
GiG Comply monitors gambling marketing material by scanning tens of thousands of web pages for content and links across multiple jurisdictions.
Using the software, bet365 will be able to ensure its affiliate partners remain compliant with regulations by checking images and promotional links for age-sensitive material and banned terms.

GiG Comply highlights non-compliant examples in a report, which is then shared with bet365, allowing the Stoke-headquartered operator to rectify promotions.
GiG COO Richard Brown said: “We are very pleased to have signed bet365, one of the leaders in the gambling industry, to GiG’s compliance screening tool and to support them in marketing compliance.
“It’s great to know that we share the same aspirations for a safe and trusted environment.
“GiG Comply will support bet365 to keep compliance oversight and to be in control of affiliate activities, ensuring fair and fun egaming for all,” he added.
Kindred Group also signed up with GiG Comply in April, while Mr Green was the first gambling operator to sign up with the software back in 2018.
