Bet365 goes live with Betgenius’ first streaming service
Data supplier’s new streaming content aims to “plug crucial gaps” in operators’ in-play betting schedules

Betgenius has launched its first ever sports streaming service, with bet365 among the first firms to go live with the product.
Genius said it would use its partnerships with official rights holders across multiple sports to launch thousands of low-latency streams which were previously unavailable to operators.
EGR Intel understands the content will initially focus on football, basketball, volleyball and table tennis played across Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
The service will focus specifically on fixtures played at off-peak times to enhance customer retention during quiet sports scheduling periods.
Bet365 is one of the first operators to go live with the streaming product, with more partners to be announced in the coming weeks, Betgenius said.
Genius Sports Group CCO Jack Davison said: “Our close relationships with sports rights holders across the world has given us access to new, high-quality streaming content which will significantly enhance our sportsbook partners’ in-play products.
“Combined with fast, accurate data on thousands of fixtures, this is a new and cost-effective way to attract more customers with a complete and immersive live betting experience,” he added.
Betgenius parent company Genius Sports opened a new 400-employee office space in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia last month.
